Cultural cum Talent Show Night

When: 8th August (Sunday) from 4PM-8PM

Where: 71Grindleford Drive, Balcatta WA 6021

Purpose: COVID-19 relief fund for HM’s Kidu Fund.

In addition to the fund-raising drive for COVID-19 relief fund for HM’s Kidu in Bhutan, the cultural night is aimed to:

  • Preserve and promote Bhutanese Identity, culture and values, and
  • Promote and develop interest and welfare of the Bhutanese community.

Therefor we would like to request all the talented Bhutanese (singers, dancers, musical experts, drama, etc.) to kindly come forward and register latest by 21th June to showcase your talent for the greatest cause. There are attractive prizes, and all participants will be awarded with certificates that will count towards your volunteerism for the community. Your talent will help to bring the community closer here in Perth and be part of the team to alleviate the biggest hardships faced by our fellow Bhutanese back home. We are welcoming the following items on first come first served bases:

Dance Category:

  1. Welcome dance
  2. Rigser items x 6 (minimum participants per group of 2 each)
  3. Boedra items x 3 (minimum participants per group of 6 each)
  4. Zhundra items x 2 (minimum participants per group of 6 each)
  5. Lotsampa items x 2 (minimum participants per group of 2 each)

Solo Song Category:

  1. Rigser x 4
  2. Boedra x 2
  3. English x 3
  4. Hindi x 2
  5. Nepali x 3


  1. Short script x 2 (musical recording can be organised by ABPI)
  2. Mimicking/Stand-up Comedy x 3
