Dear all Bhutanese in Perth,
Are you waiting for the most awaited event to honour our People’s King and at the same time to cheer yourself up? Yes, here it comes.! ABPI is pleased to share with the public that celebration of the 40th Birth Anniversary of His Majesty the King will be observed on 21st and 22nd February. We will have a ceremonial celebration to mark the day on 21/02/2020 at ABPI Centre which will be presided over by the Chief Guest Hon’ble Dean Smith, Senator, Liberal Party and other invited guests from WA state government and agencies followed by a grand celebration of HM’s Birthday with public on 22/02/2020 which will be presided over by the Chief Guest Hon’ble Ms. Freeman, MLA of Mirabooka. Please refer to the attached 2 day programme list for your necessary adjustment.
It’s our greatest pleasure to inform the Bhutanese community here that we are lucky to have blessings of His Majesty the King no matter where we are. As a very special gift from His Majesty The King, we are receiving a group of popular artists from Bhutan to entertain us during the day and celebrate the occasion at the full-swing with lots of energy and pride. Let us pay our homage in return to our King by welcoming the artists and extend our warm hospitality. For this, ABPI offers the public the opportunity to book in if you are a fan of them to invite them for breakfast, lunch and dinner. Please check the attached itinerary for the necessary arrangement.
With this, ABPI would like to invite all our Bhutanese living across WA to witness this very special programme. More so, ABPI extends our cordial invitation to all our former Presidents and executives of ABPI who served our Bhutanese community tirelessly to be our special guests on this occasion. ABPI also extends our warmest invitation to all the Presidents and executives of all the religious organisations to be a part of our honoured guests. To mark the occasion, refreshments and lunch shall be offered during the day as a Soelra from our King.
Please come and join us! Welcome one and all to the event.
With deep respect
